Speaking Engagement

Robert Mercer recently taught the students in the Complex Restructuring Class at Emory Law School about “Representing Post-Confirmation Litigation Trusts in D&O Litigation.”   The class covered not only D&O insurance and D&O liability but also, among other things, relevant bankruptcy and litigation procedure as well as special privilege issues.
