The Creditor Trust in In re Clarus Therapeutics Holdings, Inc., et  al., has hired Mercer Law LLC to investigate claims associated with a de-SPAC transaction.  The case is pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.   For such engagement, Mercer Law LLC and Bondurant Mixson & Elmore LLP serve as co-lead counsel, and Gellert Scali Busenkell & Brown, LLC serves as Delaware counsel.  GAVIN/SOLOMONESE, LLC serves as the Plan Administrator.
