On August 23, 2022, Robert Mercer will moderate a panel discussion entitled, “Lenders & D&O’s in the Cross Hairs of High-Stakes Bankruptcy and Insolvency Litigation”  at the TMA Southeast Regional Conference. The conference will be held at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
