Speaking Engagement

On August 10, 2023, Robert Mercer will moderate a panel discussion on D&O and lender liability entitled, “Set ‘Em Up & Knock ‘Em Down: Litigation Arising Out of Distressed Deals”  at the TMA Southeast Regional Conference.  The conference will be held at the Westin Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
