Commercial Litigation

We have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation in both state and federal courts in a wide range of cases.  Such cases very often involve business disputes arising out of insolvency and often include tort claims and contract claims include those arising under the Uniform Commercial Code.  We also have experience with seeking–and defending against–the appointment of a receiver, garnishments, confirming real property foreclosure sales.
