In many ways, Robert’s practice is very similar to the practices of other sophisticated bankruptcy and insolvency lawyers.  In two significant ways, however, Robert’s practice is different.  In very select cases, Robert represents insolvency fiduciaries in high-stakes litigation on a contingency fee.  Unlike most bankruptcy and insolvency litigators, he does not represent—and, therefore, is not precluded from suing or otherwise being adverse to—any banks.   But perhaps the biggest difference between Robert and many other lawyers is that he loves practicing law.
